	In this case the skins of the Pinot noir grapes are allowed to macerate with the wine for a short while, to give it a characteristic onion-skin colour. The wine is assembled from at lease ten different wines, some of which are barrel-fermented. The bouquet has hints of wild strawberry, apples and orange rind with an almond finish.
